We used Smart Cleaning to clean our new house before we moved in. They were fantastic - great communications, lovely cleaners who were thorough and fast and very reasonable. They did everything for us including oven clean and carpet cleaning. I would recommend 100%

Booked end of let clean based on excellent reviews. Did a fair bit myself to let the experts focus on the detail my landlord was sure to look for. They turned up on time and we're friendly. They did not however have much more than a bucket and a vacuum. Returned three hours later and they had gone. I knew they had done something as the kitchen floor was wet and there were some dirty runs on the walls. Otherwise it looked as I had left it. Certainly not cleaner. Called company but just answerphone. A different cleaner turned up that afternoon to clean oven and carpets. He did a good job. Got a call later to say this one would 'sort out' the problems but not much changed. Had an exciting weekend doing it myself, so it was possible. Friends cannot believe I actually paid. Overall a poor quality clean compared to previous experiences. Two stars for the oven and carpet clean.
This is a fantastic oven cleaning service provided by very friendly staff. This is the second year I have used them and this year at very short notice and they have left the oven looking brand new. Ordinary cleaners will not be able to do the deep clean this service provides. Highly recommend them.
