Visited this branch today (June-9-2018). The customer service is so bad, unwelcoming and unprofessional! Now I’m not surprised with the tons of negative reviews on this branch. Good luck to the next customers who will visit.

The staff is nice and their manager is super dedicated!
Smart Center Luxembourg is the only official dealer for the country. All other dealers cannot provide same services or guarantees. Professional and friendly sales and service teams assist the customers with all questions and requests.
Unfriendly. No customer approach. Probably they sell too much cars and they don't care about new customers. Better France (Metz)

Accueil très très très mauvais, deuxième fois que je viens et aussi peu d’enthousiasme pour vendre ou voire même aider le client....dommage j’étais venu acheter une voiture aujourd’hui mais ce ne sera surtout pas dans ce showroom....et j’escaladerai mon point de vue à la direction. Bonne chance pour l’avenir
