I had a cappuccino that came in a generously sized cup and finished off with a heart motif. The heart did look a bit like an onion, but that's ok. I love onions. The taste was rich and warm and a cut above your regular coffee on the go. This is the biggest branch I believe, set in a lovely spacious building.

Nice and cozy atmosphere. The environment is very tidy as well! The staff is extremely nice and kind. Highly recommend!!

Shocking! Firstly the staff are asking you to fill in a form with your details, which is completely fair enough and respectable..YET they give you a pen which was used by hundreds of other people, then the staff takes the pen back and makes you a coffee and pushes the lid on your take away cup... so how is this hygienic? I observed the staff for 30 min and none of them washed their hands or used hand sanitizer or cleaned the pen! As I write this, they handled out the same pen to 5 more people and served 8 more coffees. So if anyone gets ill in this place it would certainly would be because of memeber of staff not doing their job properly. Their hands holding the \communal\ pen and then push lids on take away cups... absolutely shocking!

Good brunch items. Really decent coffee. Don't come here expecting syrups as it speciality coffee. Really customer good customer service as well talking through the range of coffee.

Was surprised they only use take away cups, I understand because of covid but surely they can wash mugs. We came in for a tea at 3:30. They close at 4 and at 3:40 the barista started literally shouting at us all that we had to be out soon, he did this every 5 minutes until 3:55 when he told everyone to get out and blasted “closing time” over the speakers. Really bizarre and unfriendly experience. I never leave poor reviews as I also work in a cafe and I understand how challenging the job can be, but it was honestly such a strange time I won’t be going back.
