Mrs Lothian and Mrs McKinlay at Smail and Ewart have went above and beyond each and every time I have set foot in the office or spoken with them directly. Mrs Lothian has sat by my side at court on several occasions and has gotten me through the most difficult four years of my life after fleeing a violent marriage with nothing. Mrs Mckinlay is amazing, she deserves a medal for her work, nothing is ever a bother and I am always kept up to date with everything. Both Mrs Lothian and Mrs McKinlay have spent time on the phone out of their working hours on the phone with me during stressful situations for which I am very grateful. They take your case personally and see you as individual no matter your circumstances. They act promptly and efficiently with passion and care.
