My daughter has the SM HK 149 bat, pads and gloves and is delighted with them. They do kit tailored for women and girls, lighter and better sized. She particularly loves the pads and gloves; nice neutral styling and very comfortable protective. The bat goes really well and is weighted to suit her. Her only complaint was the sticker came off the back of the bat quite easily. This was because they had lightened the bat to be more suitable for girls, and doesn't detract from its performance.

Extremely poor customer service.We paid over 100 for batting pads and gloves for my daughter(very overpriced but seemingly the HK range is the only equipment available with a colour scheme favoured by girls) only to be told the items were out of stock..after payment had been taken via PayPal.Very frustrating as the website said they were in stock and allowed us to add to basket and pay..it’s now over a week and we’re still waiting for a refund! On contacting SM we too received a condescending reply explaining they were short staffed and hadn’t kept the website up to date. We appreciate Covid is causing havoc with suppliers but don’t accept payment for items you don’t have!
Very poor service and patronising owner. His emails when I queried things were rude and condescending.
