Food is amazing, vegan friendly and resonable prices. Great deals and location is amazing, beautiful and tidy. Only down side is lack of staff and the waiting to be serve.
Average, food on the small side, took an age for drinks to come, got the wrong desert . . Oh, and be careful when ordering cocktails! They're not 2 for 1 at think time of year and the poor wording on the menu doesn't make it obvious!!!
Very clean, good food and efficient and polite staff.
Today being our last day of our holiday we visited this establishment and what a awful experience. We were seated and told to download the ordering app as it would be quicker, or the lady would take our order. I advised her we would like her to take our order. After us two young lads were shown to their table. We sat and waited half an hour, and no one came to even take our drinks order. Although the two young gentleman had their order taken. Disgusted at the poor and embarrassing customer service, we got up and left. We actually went back to The Nightingale on Evesham Road, we understand to be part of your vintage group. Here our order was taken swiftly and we were checked apon regularly. The staff here were brilliant and put Slug and Lettuce to shame!
