Had a good experience with the staff at the surgery today. Seamless from start to finish. Rang this morning, receptionist very polite and helpful, call back from GP, again very polite and helpful. Problem dealt with professionally. Thank you
If I could give you 0 stars I would. I actually don't care if you know who I am I'd come in and tell you. I have had to complain to the NHS twice now. If Dr G isn't here the practice falls apart ! I really need to see a doctor and doesn't matter if I call at 8am or 2pm there are not any appointments. It got to the point my mental health team had to get me an appointment. Yet again I'm out of medication and my mum who I'm caring for hasn't seen a doctor in weeks and they've messed up her prescription. It's got to the point I'm going to have to change surgery because of how.useless they are. The practice manager would prefer me email her with problems probably so she can hide the fact how useless the surgery is. As for most of the Receptionists you'd think it was their surgery & you was trying to book an appointment to have a cup of tea with the doctor !!!
I was bit sceptic after reading the reviews if i should sign up, but honestly they have been so helpful and friendly. For less than 5 days the sort the paperwork and immediately after that i had my pills prescribed in the local pharmacy. The reception is so friendly and as well as Dr. Li who i spoke on the phone so please don't let the negative reviews to put you off. Thank you to the whole team working there
