Came into Shelter with a really difficult tenancy dispute and they were fantastic. Make sure you get there before they open to get a slot. The lady on receotion was kind and understanding. Then I was seen by Jaffer who was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. He supported me after to get my issue sorted out and helped give me the confidence to tackle it. Really cant describe how thankful I am for Shelter. Thank you.
That people are awesome. God bless you
These people will only give help.and any housing problems if you are NOT English..It seems that the old saying British help British disappeared.when government joined the EU.again 5he only people who suffered and thousands more are ...are British families..disgusting.
Basically very poor service rude customer advisors and very little help given regarding help with dis repairs
