18.12.19 Rang customer service at 10.35am due to issue with one of the machines. Lady pick up the phone, said hello, and when I was about to explain the problem she hanged up. I just tried to explain there is issue with the machine, drawer is out a bit, it also takes the money but do not throws out the products.

Rasict security officer Antony or Tony Dunn Look and talks down to everyone of colour. He looks through the cameras laughing at others and spends his time outside on the phone. Very rude and abrupt to most staff members. Nobody cares in security not even the senior staff who are ment to me in charge. Not sure how mars can employ such horrible security staff. Nobody knows what they are doing apart from a few in security. Wouldn't want them security officers greeting you.

Mars the chocolate bar HQ, I visited today for a last minute cancelled meeting. Grrrrr But the place looks very candy-chocolaty-friendly and I wasoutstandly welcome. Down to Dundee road, you see security barriers, this is it

I was working in the kitchen for the agency Contract Options ,and there was a lady called Sue ,who was catering assistant but working there for 8 years ,she exploited me when Adrian the chef went 2 days holiday. She also reported me just for jealousy to the big manager ,and he believe to her just because she was his friend ,at the end I had to tell him she was exploiting me and she leved me alone for an hour .When Adrian came back he promsise me to have a word with me and he never did,and then they told me not to came back. Shame of place! just one person mess the whole of it! the rest were wonderful staff ,but nobody dares to tell that lady off
