Terrible experience with Lanes working in partnership with Thames Water . At least twenty properties flooding in Drayton Waye Kenton . Lanes attended five times . Sometimes they say that drain is clear . Sometimes say drain is blocked by massive fat berg . Once they spent three hours investigating the wrong drain !! No one takes ownership of this problem . Takes at least one hour to answer phone . Have asked each time for a site meeting because I know exactly where the problem is , but they will not do . Ref 008110GCLJ

Never ever work here. Poor management at the top level. No one has a clue how to treat staff or even act human. Disgusting place, stay away.
They moved to a new location,so the pictures on Google maps are not accurate anymore. Anyway,i worked here for a year and a half and i can tell that the management here is a joke.
