Chris did a wonderful job at my 2 bed flat. The place was immaculate. He has done work for me before and he has always been punctual. Respectful and I would recommend him to do work for me again. Over and over again. They do a wonderful job every time I use them.

Poor quality of cleaning and not so professional staff, had to ask to clean inside flat areas multiple times still missed few places. They share a list of thing they will clean but still wont follow. Have done not so good job and now saying if any issues in inventory check then only will address issues. This is bad service and waste of money, wont recommend to anyone!!!
The cleaners turned up 4 hours late, with a child in tow. The only one who spoke English was rude to the point where I felt like just telling them to just leave, forget the cleaning. They were poorly equipped - I had cleaning sprays etc in the bathroom, without my permission they used those...! I thought they are supposed to arrive fully equipped. They burnt my hob filter, to which they did not admit to doing such a thing. Absolutely disgusting service, so unprofessional. When I contacted the owner/manager, they were equally as unprofessional and unresponsive. No way would I recommend such a poor quality service. You’re not running a business, you’re running a joke where taking money from your clients is the only thing that matters to you! Disgraceful.

Used this company for end of tenancy cleaning. The cleaner didn’t clean balcony and cupboards were greasy after cleaning. I tried to contact the owner but there is no response with multiple response and send balcony picture too. Poor in post cleaning communication and lie with guaranteed cleaning
