I have been calling 3 days now with a promise of a call back each day, yet not one person has called back or bothered to mention the fact they are closed due to relocation. Due to open the 15th of August in the new Check Out building on Farnham Road. Terrible customer service in my eyes as I am a CS Team Leader myself and would think this would be a key point to highlight to a potential customer who pointed out the fact I needed balloons and decor for Friday! I will not be supporting them in the future.

My cousin had a newborn this evening and I was desperately in need of picking up a card and balloons to congratulate her. It was almost closing time for these guys and after speaking to them on the phone and telling them how special the occasion was, they kept their shop open for me. The lovely gentleman told me not to panic as the shutter were down and asked me to come around the side door. I managed to pick up some lovely gifts and could not have thanked the guy enough for his kind hospitality, so the least I could do was write this place a 5* review. Went above and beyond for their customer.
I got a Silver 2 & 1 and a 21 single balloon. The fun starts this evening
