Just like another customer on here. Car sent in for an MOT. They failed it on brakes. I went back and asked to see the old pads and disks, as I inspected them I was shocked as to how the parts needed changing they had charged for new pads and disks even though they wasn't needed. Just for reassurance I showed a few MOT stations the brakes they took off and they said they did NOT need changing also they did not provide a receipt for the parts they charged me for. They gave the money back for the parts but not for labour.. very very unprofessional garage. Think they can scam people with their '15 years experience'. Dishonest garage. If a car has sat for 4 months due to the covid lock down they would obviously be surface rust on the disc.. nothing a few miles wouldnt clean up around the disc.. Also the MOT inspector did not pick up a driver side buckled alloy that is a fail under the rules and regulations set by the DVSA, but wanted to make some money of brakes Instead because business has been slow. Also no video inspection service was provided..

Booked my car in for servicing and MOT. Very professional and even sent me a video of the work needing to be done on my evoque. Gee was fantastic and great at explaining everything. So nice to find a garage where I don't feel like I'm being overcharged because I'm a female client! Thank you so much and keep up the hard work during the lockdown!

I have had my ALL family vehicles going to there for the last 5years. Today I've had my trust broken. My vehicle was in for a MOT last week and the engineer had failed the vehicle on rear brake. I took their word and booked vehicle in main dealer to get them changed as there was an offer on. The main dealer advised me nothing is wrong with your brake pads! government MOT ruling is 1.5MM minimum required on the break pads. My old pads apparently had more then 6mm on them and are pretty good for 20000 miles more as the pads were at the back of the apparently the brakes get used 20% only. After speaking to the garage they told me, pads get week and therefore have to be replaced. COMPLETE NONSENSE Spoke to main dealer after, they told me it's an easy way for the garage to make money. MOT regulations should if that's the case. Just sharing my experience. Please check whatever you get done if you wish to use them.
