Always prompt with appointments! Always gets my haircut right. Lovely staff aswell. Great place would highly recommend

Our experience with them has started 1 week before the appointment when we were collecting info from different saloons. I attached here 2 pictures, one is what we asked for and the other one is the result. When they first seen the picture, everything was perfect, smiling: Yes, we can do it! And my girlfriend asked them again, Are you sure? Yes, there's no problem for that. We agreed for the price and booked the appointment for the following week. On the same day of the appointment, in the shop, the girls there have started with stories that it's not possible as the original hair colour is too dark to get the same result or something similar. On the same day. It was far too late to go somewhere else or get a different appointment. As you can see in the 2 pictures, there's nothing similar between what we asked initially and what we got. But, we got a discount when we paid and that's 5%, because the difference in between the 2 is only 5%, what a joke! It's obvious that we wouldn't recommend it to anyone. PS: they didn't even bother to speak in English as not all the customers knew their language
