Great gym- good equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. Central location and a family run business. No queuing for equipment and a nice community vibe. Great cafe with protein shakes, full menu and healthy treats. All very reasonably priced. 5 stars.

I have worked with these guys from pre-opening, they really are a great bunch of people and their gym is second to none, I just wish I lived closer to avail of the facilities regularly.
Without a doubt the best gym my partner and I have EVER been to. We bought day passes while we were visiting from Galway and we were sad to leave this place behind! The equipment is very high quality and there’s a great variety. Especially, the boxing kit! The place is ideal to train in because it’s spotless but more importantly, has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. I would be remiss not to mention the owners who were so friendly and warm. They were the cherry on top of the perfect gym! If we lived in Belfast we’d be here every day.
Deceivingly awesome gym. Family owned and operated gym. From the outside I wasn't sure what to expect but decided to check it out and I am glad I did. Found this place the first day I was in Belfast and very happy I did. Clean gym, good people, AWESOME music. They also make really good meal prepped meals in house that you can buy there for cheap. COME SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE
Great Gym. Stopped over in Belfast for few days and needed a gym. Day passes were reasonable and gym was in a great central location. Loads of new kit (squat racks, dead lifts etc) plus machines and cardio. Would defo recommend!
