The staff is not helpful at all. Everything is so expensive. They sold me same colour but two different dye lots without even telling me. When I knitted a cardigan for my customer, I realised that half was black and the other half was dark blue. I called them to tell them what happened but the person on the phone began raising her voice to me (almost shouting!!!) saying that it was my fault. She did not help me at all. How am I supposed to know that different dye lots end up with two completely different colours?!?!?! Isn't she supposed to tell me!?!?Now I have to put the cardigan that I knitted (worth 300) in the bin because my customer does not accept it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I bought 25 yarns that costed almost 85 and the cardigan that I knitted was 300 but now I am unable to sell to my customer. Also, when I bought the yarns, they did not even tell me that there were different dye lots.

Love this shop . My daughter introduced me to it and I had a field day during covid. Excellent service and very helpful.
This is such a lovely shop. The staff are so lovely and helpful, they seem to really invest time in helping their customers regardless of what level you are. Rare to find such welcoming and inviting places like this!
