A pleasant social occasion with a purpose. It is heartwarming to see how many people arrive, very unhappy with their weight, and thanks to Helen’s support, encouragement and the lively meetings she leads, a lot of happy people lose the weight they wanted to lose. Helen is fantastic, she is so supportive throughout all aspects of the slimming world journey! Ive not been to slimming world for a few months but I know as soon as I'm ready Helen will welcome and support me as she did the first day I went to her!
