I have recently joined Claire’s Slimming world group and she’s brilliant! I’ve never had a consultant that’s been so involved before, she checks in throughout the week with you and helps as much as she can! The group is absolutely amazing..very warm and welcoming.. Reccomend this group to anyone who feels nervous..there's no judgement, just advice and support.. With food optimizing I have lost over 5 stone.. Claire is a great group leader and very knowledgeable about the plan.. Please come along on Saturday mornings it'll be the best decision you ever make..
