Slimming World, Ashford, Kennington

I never thought I would stay to the Thursday night group meetings when I first joined slimming world; however, Angie and the group are very friendly and supportive, keep the discussions fun, interesting and relevant and I really feel staying to this group each week has helped with my weight loss. Angie is also really supportive between sessions with her messages and contact, which has boosted my motivation when things have got tough. There is a sense of belonging at this group, which keeps me on track, is inspiring and a great motivation. Thanks Angie...keep up the great work.

The Kennington Slimming World group is very supportive, fun and welcoming. It is well attended and there is always a friendly face to talk to. Angie is always non judgemental and both she and the other group members provide the support and advice to help you with your own journey. Whether through their own experiences or helpful meal planning ideas their is always some inspiration to make you feel motivated. Angie is also their on a more personal level with a message during the week if you have missed group for some reason and also to give that little bit extra if you are struggling ,to get you back on track. I know from my own personal experience that staying to the image therapy and having to talk about yourself can be a bit daunting but we are all in the same boat ! It really does work to help you stay motivated and get you to your target.

Angie is so encouraging and supportive. The kennington, evening group is really friendly and everyone is so supportive to each other. I'm now at target but still love going to keep me on my journey to success and help others too.
