Probably the best customer service I have experienced, both before and after the sale. We ordered a natural finish teak table, and unfortunately had issues when we applied the wood treatment kit to it. I had my tv stand delivered today and just wanted to send you some feedback on the two gentlemen who delivered it: • They called 5 minutes before showing up to let me know they are on the way! • They actually showed up in those 5 minutes! • Brought in the furniture, unwrapped it, and cleaned up the packaging, all very quickly! • Were nice to my dog and very friendly in general! Really great experience and I’m thrilled with the furniture also. Great product and great service, so thanks for that!
