I recently purchased a Mercedes Vito van from here and wanted a few modifications doing to turn it from a van into a dualiner.They organised the whole thing, sourcing all the parts and did all the fitting,and did a fantastic job.The van looked great and attention to detail is second to non.Had a small issue with the rear brakes which was sorted out very quickly and lent me a car for the day while it was sorted. Dealing with a small family business like Ian's and Jordan's is an absolute pleasure and bigger \don't care\ companies could learn a lot from them in terms of customer care and satisfaction.I have now had the van for a few months and love it, and they even managed to get me a sale for my old one! If your thinking of buying a commercial vehicle, forget the rest,just go to the family business that's been going for years and you will get exceptional service,knowledgeable advice and realistic pricing. Ian and Jordan will be the only people I shall be seeing for my next vehicle. A refreshing change from all the rest.
