Always found them helpful and they ring back same day everytime. The newish ask my gp app is perfect so easy to use for anyone and avoids sitting in a waiting room with I'll people . You have choice of a call back email or face to face. Great idea .

When I contacted the practice about becoming a new patient I was inform I could ONLY apply by completing a paper copy of the registration form and attending the practice. 1. There is a pandemic, how is going in to complete a form an essential journey. 2. How is this minimising any contact and spread of the virus. 3. Its 2021, how can you not have the option to complete online. What a complete and unnecessary use of paper. I asked for my complaint to get passed on to management, but I've heard nothing further. SMG get out of the dark ages and work with your community. Poor doo!

As usual no cause for complaint. Even though there's changes due to Covid19 the staff are so helpful. Keep up the good work during these challenging times.

Difficulty accessing services for older, vulnerable,as you have to access via internet, long wait on phone & still told go internet.no personal, friendly service.gp will decide if you can have appointments.ni advance bookings- just keep trying. Providing a service, or just making it as difficult as possible? Not good before covid, now horrendous!
