Before and after pics. Made to feel very welcoming and relaxed. Fantastic staff and chilled atmosphere. Knew exactly what I wanted and even helped with ideas. Booked in for a colour next week.

I feel 'meh' the experience, but the woman that did my hair ruined my hair! She put an angle in, when I specifically said not to. She cut it way too short and didn't speak to me the entire time! She was clearly not that professional and I had to get a parent to cut it to make it look better. Not what I expect!
