Jordan at Slades has been incredible. Not only is he wholly professional and efficient, he is also genuinely empathetic. The journey to purchasing our first home was a rocky one to say the least, but Jordan was kind, patient and clear throughout. He explained every step of the process and communicated all updates - both positive and negative - in a way which assured us that he was always on the case. We never had to chase him. Jordan; thank you for all your hard work, persistence, patience and replies to my numerous emails over the last 6 months... you kept us sane! If we ever move again, we will be seeking you out personally to help us. We couldn’t recommend Slades more - even when Jordan was out of the office, his colleagues were just as proactive and helpful as him.

Slades have dealt with most of our property sales and have always provided a highly professional yet friendly and supportive service. Jordan who dealt with our recent sale was fantastic as always. Great team at Slade's!
Slades provided us with a good experience throughout our purchase - Jordon was always friendly, professional and prompt with replies to our queries, and managed to resolve a last minute hitch on the day of completion very smoothly.
From the outset the Slades team responded to our needs. We were in the unenviable position of being at the higher end of the price spectrum. After a year of trying we hit the 'Covid' situation which might have derailed our sale. However, with regular contact & price drops to a sensible & acceptable level our agents came good. Slades 'put the work in' & I would recommend them without hesitation.
Jordan at the Slade's Christchurch office dealt with both my sale and purchase. He was extremely helpful and kept us constantly updated. Based on their performance and easy to deal with nature I would not hesitate in recommending Slade's.
