Computer Systems Institute

I went here Monday to pick of my certificate I graduated back in 2012 , front desk manager was very rude they would rather mail my certificate then give it to me because I didn't have my picture I.d but they called and told me that it was ready to be picked up. one thing I can stand is a rude person that's serving the public to be honest everybody rude in that campus.

Up until the most recent events involving misleading information I was very satisfied with the schools academic program. Now I feel that I have been raped and stripped of the pride that I once had in being a student here. Unfortunately there is no rating for deception...

I was student last year and I transfer to other school in New York . It is almost one year and more than 20 times phone conversations and many visits they didn't refund my money . They don't take you to class unless you paid off but they don't give your money back easily. I don't know how I can fight with these guy . I don't know how I can get money back . Education is also horrible. Don't waste your time and money .

Good school, for ESL learners. Many programs to choose from, well prepared teachers, easy to approach anyone at anytime at any office. You don't like it here, America, is a big country, find yourself an better school, stop complaining :)
