I was so excited to finally take the plunge and get a treatment to improve my acne scaring that I've had for years. Unfortunately I was lead down a path of false promises and inconsistent pricing. During my first consultation, I was told that I would not pay any anymore than 700 for C02 laser. Having been quoted a price that was in my budget, I decided to move forward and pay 150 for the face to face consultation with the doctor and 100 for a patch test ( all addition cost to the 700). During my patch test I was quoted 2950... Obviously this came as a shock and I felt that uncomfortable and nervous that I stupidly went along with the patch test. If I had been quoted 2950 from the beginning then I would have waited until I had that amount. If all of the above wasn't bad enough I was told I needed this copper peptide cream for my test patch. On the website it is advertised at around 36 and I was charged 51 in the clinic for something I didn't actually need. Now I have a red test patch on my face and I'm nearly 300 down including traveling costs. I chose this clinic because I trusted their reputation and I have been let down and possibly scared. Horrible experience and after bringing all of the above to their attention they apologised on the Facebook message and said the clinic would get back to me..... And nothing. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC! I cannot stress this enough. I went for a full course of laser hair treatment (August 2018 - June 2019) with zero effects. I should have known all along. There were a lot of red flags. Since I was asked to shave certain parts of my body I didn't shave before, I am now left off worse than before. I have now been refunded HALF of what I initially paid after a 15 months battle. I honestly never thought I'd get any money back, but the time this cost me with hundreds of phone calls and dozens of emails makes me wonder if it was worth it. Don't believe their half price off offers, it's all a scam and you'll never get your money back. I am so glad I don't ever have to set foot in this clinic again and I really hope I can help other people to avoid the mistake I made and to avoid spending a fortune on an ineffective treatment.
This place is awful, they re-arranged my consultation twice and then when I requested a refund because I decided to go elsewhere, they said no one was avaliable to take my call and issue the refund. Despite the fact that when I enquired I was given about 30 missed calls. Awful place, there are plenty of other clinics like this in Manchester. I would avoid these big chains, they dont value the customers.
THE WORST! Absolutely disgusted with the “service“ received from this company. They’ve taken my money over a year ago with nothing but false promises, cancellations and excuse after excuse (when you do manage get through to them) I am still no further to getting any of the treatments I paid for, nor am I any closer to receiving my money back. I’ve called, emailed, wrote letters and nothing at all back from them. I AM STILL CHASING MY REFUND!!! I will be reporting and taking further proceedings against them to receive my money back. Absolute scammers. AVOID THEM!
Dont bother. Horrible staff. They dont value you, your time or your money. Waste of time. The worse possible in the industry
