I am using skitts for the sale of my property and the purchase of my new property. I have dealt with: Ben -Surveyor, Jayne - Manager & Lois - Administration/Viewing My experience has been good throughout. Everyone is professional, friendly, polite and you can have a joke (which I find good). There is an efficient manner in which everything is done and you are kept up to date with proceedings. I would definitely recommend Skitts/their staff. I have not commented on quality because it is not a tangible product. However, the service provided is excellent.

Louise was great! Even though we were the buyers she was the one supporting us trough the process as unfortunately the solicitors weren’t! Louise always at the other end of the line( me asking silly questions ) , friendly and nothing was to much trouble for her! 100% great customer service ! Highly recommend

I did my own research before inviting representatives of the three most ubiquitous estate agents in Wolverhampton to come and quote me. Skitts was among them. Their fees are reasonable, the contract is for 16 weeks only, and they appear to be getting results, based on the evidence in Rightmove. Skitts don't pressurise you into going with them at all, and they don't bad mouth the opposition either. I'm sure that Ben's skillful and clear photography helped sell the property within a couple of days of marketing. One can be critical I suppose in saying that Skitts could maybe use email a bit more. And they don't appear to advertise on Zoopla, which is a bit strange. But this is being pernickety. I definitely recommend them to anyone who doesn't have the confidence to go with Purplebricks, who are cheaper for sure, but do not have a no sale, no fee guarantee.

We received excellent service from the team at Skitts when they recently sold our home. We'd tried other estate agents in the area but they didn't compare to the personable professionalism we had at Skitts. They answered all our questions quickly and patiently and were very knowledgeable about the state of the market both nationally and locally. Very highly recommended.
