If you are looking for fabulous care for your relative then 100% this is the place for you. All the carers genuinely care for the residents. The place is clean and there is good home cooked food. If you are looking for good care home management look elsewhere. I have found them to be incompetent, inept and insensitive. over a period of months resulting in many complaints all of which have been upheld. I'm saddened to have to be reporting this

Whenever I've visited my Mum, at Skirbeck Court, I've found Jean and her colleagues, to be very welcoming and helpful. The home is all on one level, which is helpful for the residents, such as my Mum, who have mobility issues. The rooms are light and comfortable. From what I've seen, there's a hair/beauty salon, which is of benefit. There's an enclosed garden and the home is in a quiet area. I've visited my Mum, when there have been events put on for the residents. I'm glad that my Mum has living in a home, where she's well looked after and where she has opportunities to do what she wants to do.
Very clean. Staff very friendly. Residents all seem happy to be there
