Historically good service. However today they had a staff member I hadn't seen before who's conduct towards customers was disgraceful. Aggressively shouting at a customer who had a problem with a parcel. Thankfully there are a few post offices in Colne, id advise people to use a different site. Very, very disappointing. Complaint submitted to Royal Mail.

Great service and friendly advice on best postage methods.
Today I needed to visit the Post Office on essential business. The young man behind the counter has separated himself from his wife and two young children ( including a beautiful baby boy of just a few months) to keep them safe ..and to continue to provide a public service. I hope we never forget his sacrifice..and that of so many others ...once these troubled times have passed.
Despite being a very busy and thriving post office, the staff who actually run the place are friendly and professional. Raz really went the extra mile when we were dropping off large quantities of drop and go - thank you. Regrettably let down by one employee who doesn't appear to share those values.
