The builders implementing the shed were extremely rude and dismissive. The shed wasn't built correctly, meaning we couldn't even open the door! When I called customer services, I was told that 'the sales team don't know what they're talking about and that they don't do compensation.' Completely distressed by the whole experience of this company.

Very nice Summer House
So pleased with the customer service when I ordered a shed with Skinners. The company website is very user friendly and easy to navigate, allowing you to customize the shed you want. I then went along in person to one of their centres to order mine with the exact details I wanted. I am optimistically confident the company won't let me down when the deliver and install it next month.
