I bought a new Cube road bike back in November and unfortunately had to take it back on 2 occasions, once for broken part and second for gear adjustment, on both occasions the issues were dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently, staff I spoke to were very helpful and professional, issues with bikes will happen (even new bikes) but the after sales service is the true test and I'm very satisfied.
Great bike store and good service all round - a classic case of why it is better to use your local bike shop. I pre-ordered a bike plus accessories over the phone / via e-mail and Skinngergate delivered at a time when other major bike shops weren't able to assist. Thanks to Paul, Dan & Graham for sorting it out. Would highly recommend.
