The people here are excellent. We had a few service issues, but they did a great job fixing things up and taking care of us.
Been having the same Yamaha dealer in the San Antonio area do my yearly PM services - they are also who I bought my 08' AR230HO new from. Due to several years of their lack of thoroughness and overcharging me for their PM services, I decided to look elsewhere this year. After researching for another authorized Yamaha Power Boat service provider within a couple of hours from me, I came across Ski Dock. From my first call to them late last year to my interactions with Winston and Charlie over the past couple of weeks - I can't be more happy with the service and fair price I was charged for this year's PM and a few minor repairs. Bottom line, it's worth my time and the drive from the South East side of Bexar county to Ski Dock in N.W. Austin. I don't mind paying a fair price for a job well done and on time. I know the importance, especially during these times of the Covid-19 pandemic, of paying folks a fair price for their services. However, you mix-n the great customer service along with the fair price...I don't mind driving almost 2 hours to have Ski Dock service my boat. I will be coming back to Ski Dock going forward. . .and even buying my next Yamaha jet boat from them as well. Have fun and safe boating!
Had an older model waverunner that had an oil pressure warning issue and wouldn't run. I was prepared for the worst. While it took some time for them to get to it (over a month), they did me right. Turned out to be a minor problem which they fixed. Charlie in service is the bomb! Kept me informed the whole way.
