The food arrived clearly uncooked. There was hardly any sauce in the pot. It was enough for one strip of lamb... And the salad wasn't even a handful.. I put the meat in the grill to cook it properly, then called the restaurant. The guy I spoke to told me that the meat always looks pale, and that its not undercooked. I told him that I've had food from them before, and that I know how it usually comes, but was told that I should just try it, and that it's 'just my opinion' that it's not cooked. This is unacceptable. Would it be 'just my opinion' if I got food poisoning too? Very unhappy with the food and the customer service!!

Lamb ‘regular’ on the mixed grill was so tough and fatty I couldn’t chew it apart and had to spit the last piece out because it was too large to swallow, the chicken ‘4 mini Fillet’ was basically fish fingers. Called them and they were very unhelpful. First time using them and very disappointed.
Delicious food. Terrible website. Ridiculously long delivery times. Didn't end up eating till gone 10pm despite ordering 2 hrs previously and several phone calls to the restaurant resulted in empty assurances of it appearing *in 10 minutes* and it taking a further 45 to arrive (missing an item as well). Driver took the full amount plus tip anyway and just told us to call the restaurant and they would send the extra item right away (I shouldn't have bothered the chips were pretty poor). Overall not a great experience, going to give it one more shot next week, if a similar experience is had we'll be looking elsewhere, it's a shame because it's hard to find above average food, so here's hoping it was just a blip!
Great food.. great taste and great temperature, really generous portions, delivery time was super quick and staff we’re extremely pleasant to make an order with. 10/10 won’t be ordering from anywhere else from now on
This place is one of the best kabab shops in Chelmsford my food is always on time and delivered fresh and hot. I would recommend to all my friends and family. The delivery drivers are so friendly and polite. They are very caring especially with all That’s going on in the world ATM. The staff in store are also so friendly when I call to change or add anything to my order.
