Tried to negotiate the price of 24 ivybridge Skelmersdale for an investor I have, they said that they could not ask if the seller would negotiate as they need the investor to come down to there business, get ID checked and get a full proof of funds check.......to negotiate a price, again this isn't a offer, it's a question whether the seller would willing to negotiate and see what priced offer he/she would be willing to accept. Usually the estate agent would ask then if the price is confirmed on principal, I would tell the investor who would then contact the estate agent with said information and they would make an official offer. So if you own 24 ivybridge Skelmersdale.....change estate agents, I'm a deal sourcer, I source deals for private investors, no other estate agent I have been too wouldn't ask if the owner if they would be willing to accept an offer if it was made. That's ridiculous. You can see by the reviews that they don't care about the sellers.
Not recommended. I was looking to sell my property with brighthouse wolf skem. Annette met me at my recently decorated property she began to criticize the property and the work I have had done. I did not hear from her for over two weeks and when she finally made contact she decided to make listing the property very difficult and contradicting advice I was given from her colleague regarding the process. From personal experience the was already misleading advice and mistakes being made so we canceled.
Provided incorrect info twice then denied it and said to my girlfriend we where being difficult (quite a cheaky way to treat a customer giving you the opportunity to earn a profit) we will shake the tree and get another estate agent. On the day we had the house valuation we accepted to proceed with the sale only my girlfriend was there and didn't have our ID or bank statements on that day we didn't know we would need them the lady said we can drop in to branch and scan them or we could scan and email them then she denied it over the phone when we where to send them over telling us we need to personally go in to the branch we explained we had call recordings that contradict her statement which we do and then said they don't remember ! We are trying to sell a house Brighouse wolff have thrown away the opportunity and trust. We both work long weeks and have a 16month daughter we have actioned Farral hayworth
