My daughter (15) came for a facial as her skin has been really problematic, and the results have been amazing! We have tried various expensive products that haven't worked, and I chose this salon as I wanted a Dermalogica specialist who had undertaken additional courses. Lauren is thoroughly lovely and professional, putting my daughter at ease and talking her through all the products she needed. I can see how much more confident she is now that her skin is under control, but the results after a facial are fantastic! Her skin looks even, unblemished and glowing. Really recommend this salon and especially Lauren who is a superb beautician.

Made arrangements over the phone to get an up to for wedding and was told it would be 25 and ended up paying 35. It was only the day after i thought that can't be right so i rang up and they going on bout something, can't remember now but i said to her i was told 25 so thought that's what I'd be paying, there was no discussion about any price differences, i wanted an up to with pins and clips and that's what i got, which was beautiful by the way, just annoyed by the fact that i feel like I've been ripped off. It's my understanding that if told a price then that's what it should be. I feel i have been totally mislead and Will not be going again

What a pleasure! Very friendly staff who do everything they can to make you feel safe. The salon is very clean with screens, sanitizer and masks. Oh and by the way - great cut - fantastic price. Looking forward to going back
