The reception staff have always been polite, professional and helpful , nurse practitioners are great too. Physiotherapist ( Abi) is very good, phone consultations when stated and I even got an appointment w/ her because I'm in that much pain w/ my shoulder. Yes you have to wait in a que and bang on 8am of course the lines will be busy , but everytime I have called the reception staff have always been nothing but helpful the 2 ladies I often get on the other end of the phone are Holly and Collette and they are always happy to help.

Staff are very unfriendly and the CYs are interested in keeping the patients waiting outside in the cold plus are spiteful to extent to cause trouble. HCA is spiteful and nasty and unhelpful
We were at this practice for just over a year, found reception, and gps all good, easy to get an appointment, and followed up any concerns
My husband was a shielding patient which meant his blood tests were meant to be done at home......no he had to go into the surgery. We have had endless issues with them and we have only lived here for 9 months. I'm not surprised about the inadequate rating from CQC
Tried twice today to make an appointment via the phone, covid and all that, in queue for 45 mins then reach position one and waited another 45 mins the first time, same the 2nd time and now position one and still waiting after another 40 mins. Finally got through and now awaiting a call back from the Doctor.
