Was attended to by Duncan, as it was the day before Christmas Eve, he had a Christmas jumper on. As did other members of staff. He was very helpful and friendly, wore a mask. The store was very good on Covid safety. All our questions were answered professionally, with explanations where required. When we decided what we wanted, which was a tv and sound bar, he carried the tv out to our car. All in all our shopping experience at Currys Skegness, was a very good one.

Parents purchased a cooker from this store which wasn't suitable for a mobile home, so then purchased another, then the fitter didn't show up, then the the fitter didn't show up again, then the 3rd time the fitter showed up and said the second cooker wasn't suitable either? So far three weeks without a cooker as delivery guy took the old cooker away last month? Following a third trip to this store the manager promised he would organise a full refund, he also said he would ring within 2 days to provide them with a collection date for the second inappropriate cooker and to confirm refund has been made! Guess what....... Yep, you guessed, no phone call as yet? Absolutely shocking way to treat customers.

Great clean store and very helpful staff. My role in life is as a Covid safety inspector for commercial premises, factories and warehouses. But this time I was off-duty as a customer. Social distancing, management of customers, hygiene facilities and management of face coverings was excellent, in my view. On the face of it, this store would have passed with flying colours. Oh, I got what I wanted too, the member of staff who dealt with me knew where to find what I wanted and was very knowledgeable about it. No pressure, just left me to make a decision.

Only open to click and collect not much good when your in a rush and needing a product straight away for a local home carer they didn't have the product in stock for click and collect pretty much waist of trip

Went today to ask about some ink for my printer. The older fella with glasses was rude didn’t help at all. Rude in the way he spoke acted. Customer service needs improving
