Having contacted them yesterday, around 10.30 am and spoke to a lovely lady, Lisa, trying to find an item that is sold out in many caravan stores in the UK. Well they had the item in the Mablethorpe store and after taking my order and sending an email to confirm that parcel had been despatched the parcel arrived at 9.00 am the next day. Thank you BEC Ltd for your quick and excellent service. I will certainly use your store again.

Having just bought a caravan we went there to buy some things. Their customer service is appalling and spoke to my husband like dirt but didn't know that until we came out as my husband didn't want to cause a scene. If I had known, I wouldn't have spent all the money we did. I will never go on that shop again
