Just received the horse comforter which looks much better in real life-absolutely adore it.Service way above what is required. Couldn't believe how kind they were to enclose a horse rattle as it was one day late. If we get anymore great nieces or nephews will definitely buy from here again as quality is exceptional

Item bought for birthday present never received. No communication from the seller. Told I was being refunded but ended up having to go through PayPal dispute.
Ordered a gift for my daughters birthday on the 14th January. Received a notification on 20th January that it had been posted and should be received by 23 January. It is now the 27 January and gift still not received and it has gone past her birthday. I have phoned and left 2 messages and emailed them on the 25th and have heard nothing from them. I know we are in the middle of a lockdown but customer service is rubbish waiting for a refund
Got my first Jomanda plush this week and what can I say? He's absolutely gorgeous! Definitely competition for Jellycat and more affordable too! Will be getting more!
Ordered on the 8th of December 2020. Still not received Rabbit Hot water bottle, Pajama's case. I ordered this for my patient for Christmas. It is now 26th December and nothing has yet been delivered. Slightly disappointed.
