The reception staff were incredibly friendly and so were the doctors which I appreciate hugely. However, for the cost of my procedure, the results were appalling. On my visit he’d hit a vein and I had a huge swollen lip on only one side for about a week (not regular swelling but like I’d been punched in the mouth.) The whole left side of my mouth was black and purple and swollen for so long that I had to take time off work because I was so embarrassed. As well as this, the doctor put way too much into one side of my mouth and it was apparent as soon as he put it in. I left hoping it would even out, however a few months down the line it got even worse and my right side was notably bigger than the left. Very friendly staff, however I would not recommend the surgery

Awful customer service. Repeated emails and calls, on hold for over 15 minutes, the phone just cuts off most of the time. No direct line for Chester. Would not recommend.
I'm so glad I chose to use this clinic for my treatments....friendly, knowledge staff that care about each and everyone of their patients. I would highly recommend this place above anywhere else in Chester.
Really positive introduction to the services at SK:N, all up front information was precise and at a level that made me comfortable. Barbara is professional and very knowledgeable, totally made me at ease!
I had a series of treatments for laser hair removal and a cyst on my back removal. I found staff courteous, helpful and they did a thorough job. I will go back.
