We had a full solar panel installation undertaken by SJD recently and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. When Simon first came to our home, we were very impressed with his advice – we found him very down to earth, knowledgeable and he explained what is a very complex installation in lay-man’s terms that we could understand. Simon and his team arrived when they said they would, installed the panels under horrendous weather conditions and left the whole work area immaculate. We have had our solar panels for a few months now so feed-in tariffs etc. have started to come through, exactly the way that Simon explained to us. We cannot express our gratitude to Simon enough and we would recommend SJD Electrical to any prospective customer.
Once again Simon has delivered; he and his team are a very handy company to know. This time (and yes I have used him before) his skills were required to install an electric oven. The old oven was taken out with minimal fuss and replaced. Will it make me a better cook? Only time will tell, but certainly it will leave me with one fewer excuse. The old oven we had seemingly only had two settings for food, one which left it raw or the other burnt it to a crisp! The whole installation process happened so smoothly he (Simon) even had time to look at a light fitting in my sons room. He hadn't even had chance to finish the Tea I'd made and he was done. - So would I recommend him? Absolutely - Out of 10 what rating would rating would SJD get? 10 - What would I say to someone who was considering using SJD Electrical but was unsure? Simon and his team are a fast, efficient and most importantly when it comes to trades reliable. Simon is a \do what he says he will do\ kind of guy so he's VERY easy to recommend.
I met Simon the owner of SJD at BNI Networking at the Cumbria Park Hotel in Carlisle. I had been looking to do some electrical work fitting some new sockets and a light in my new shed for a while so I was glad to find someone who came recommended. I found Simon and his colleague professional and friendly when they did the work. They did the job quickly and didn't leave any mess around after they finished. A good job for a reasonable price.
