Took my dog there during lockdown for a bad paw. It was looked at and treatment given. I paid and was asked to return a week later. We sat in the boot of the car of the car for the return and as the vet walked another dog to it's car he walked back to my boot, looked from a distance and said it's fine. Didn't even touch my dog, all of 30 secs. I said great how much, he replied nothing. Since then I've had monthly calls from then asking for 28. I've said exactly what happened and every single time they were going to get back to me after looking into it. Today they rang up demanding the money. They got it, they could've had it on the day ! They are clearly not communicating well between the staff and clients. Be sure to ask about the payments and get a written bill !

Nice friendly and reassuring. Kept informed on my Caspers progress! Only downside is the parking. Hence the 4 stars. But apart from that excellent advise and not massively expensive certainly a more realistic price tag..
