Always running extremely late, even for early morning appointments. The last time I went I had a lift as I felt so ill I couldn’t drive, so I asked at reception if they were running late and was told no. 45 minutes later I was finally called in! Another time I went as I had a chest infection (told by the doctor there the week before) and I saw a nurse. Unfortunately I found her to be very rude and unhelpful and she didn’t want to listen to anything I had to say. Told me to buy some cough mixture and I’d be fine!?! (Two weeks later I was still very ill!) I requested a repeat Prescription for some antibiotics and was told someone would get back to me. TWO weeks later I received a second class letter in the post asking me to ring the surgery, which I did, to be told they wouldn’t be prescribing me a repeat Prescription of antibiotics! There are lots of other minor things that all add up but overall not a good service at all.
