I never review company's but felt like this time I had too. If you enjoy being spoken to like dirt everytime you call then swale Borough Council is the one for you. In my years of having to deal with these rude cretins I've never managed to make it through a whole phone call without putting the phone down

I would advise all people to record all telephone calls and letters sent to this incompetent organisation. They couldn't organised a bun fight in a bakery. They will happily try to make you pay for their greed and incompetence. Rude and sarcastic staff, uncaring attitude towards the people they should be serving as civil servants. Let's hope the Torys freeze public sector pay for this shower of **** Only given one star as Google doesn't allow minus stars.

Spoke to Liz this morning, although it took a while to get through she was very helpful in the council tax department. The last few times I have called I have been given pretty good service.
