Best model place in South East Kent. You can pre-order over the phone and even order items in they don't have in stock. Always clean and they respect social distancing currently.

Paid a high price for a rare and supposedly new locomotive, upon receiving it we were quickly disheartened to see that it had already been opened and handled. It has bent and broken pieces, a scratched decal and oily/grimy finger prints down the side. Never have I received a locomotive in this condition directly from the Manufacturer, Hornby. It's a shame the hobby stores can't be honest about the condition of the models they are selling. My son spent almost a year saving up to buy this locomotive and is completely unsatisfied with what we have been sent. Still waiting for them to reply to our eBay return in hopes we can send it back to buy one elsewhere.

Visited this shop for the intention of buying myself a radio control car. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I'll be sure to visit again. I visited again this December and wow what a transformation! The shop is much bigger now and easier to navigate. Plenty of models on over and even a large LEGO section!
