I wanted to just provide some insight into some of the comments regarding reception as I used to work here. The girls try their best however are under great amounts of stress. Due to the toxic nature of the work place where a mistake is never allowed the girls have become harsh and rude to patients. There is a large amount of bullying and fear mongering going on in the surgery from one particular supervisor and the surgery manager. They have driven people into the ground, and I've caught a couple of reception staff crying in the toilet on shift. Now that I'm employed in such a happy work environment, I truly feel sorry for the staff here as the doctors and managers treat them like rubbish.

Have just seen some shocking reviews on here so am hoping to balance the books a bit. It's the best surgery I've ever encountered by a country mile! Reception staff are welcoming, attentive and ever-so friendly and my experience of clinicians so far has been outstanding. My family were thrown out of memorial surgery for moving to a house next door to our existing address (yes, it's true: apparently we no longer fell in the catchment!!) but it turned out to be the best ridiculous policy ever!
Brilliant practice. Staff always polite. They can’t help the current situation. Just had flu jab and was like a military operation with a smile. Keep up good work

Absolute shocking service. Referred by my GP to Grovehurst Surgery. Called number on my referral letter to make app. Kept calling from 9am constantly through to 5.30pm when I eventually gave up. No answer all day. Longest ring time 45 minutes!! with No answer!! Double checked number with GP. Had to give up....UPDATE eventually got thru to be advised wait time for an appointment is 8 MONTHS !
