Terrible service trying to speak to someone from Currys help team.Took absolutly ages yesterday to get hold of someone to speak to about repairs and then get cut off mid sentence by currys automated phone service saying their phones are no longer working! 5 times today I have been cut off to speak to someone and finally over an hr on the phone waiting to be given just a phone number to call someone else in which waited over another hr again to speak to someone! 0 star for useless service!

Reserved a smart tv that wasn't available at my local store, drove from Chatham to Sittingbourne to find out it's not available. The manager of the store offered me a discount of 10 to get a Toshiba same size so I ended up paying 20 more than my plan. Not reliable at least... sort your system !

Don't usually write reviews however, I felt I needed to. The customer service was impeccable. Went to Curry's last week and received amazing customer service. I felt as though the advisor really listened to me therefore left with the best item for my needs. The advisor wasn't pushing could have gotten a more expensive product but was advised that the best product for my needs would be cheaper model.
