I would give them zero stars if it was possible. What can I say about Mrs Beckett? She's a greedy, selfish, self centred and absolutely doesn't care about you or your family. When she looks at you, she sees and that's all she cares about - rest assured this is common practice among these types of solicitors. More so about Mrs Beckett, she proudly claims to be a \Mediator and Arbitrator\. This may be the case on paper, but at the end of the day, she is more interested in your time/money - so if she can prolong your case as much as possible and not mediate or arbitrate then you can bet your bottom dollar that she will not choose the latter. Last but not least her puppy of an assistant, Ms Pratt (yes, that's her real name...) her emails are full of errors, typos and generally there is a lack of attention to detail and care. Truly unprofessional over phone and email.
