We use individual coaching, relation-, team- and systems coaching and consulting, peer review group sessions, dialogue and (co-)creativity sessions, consulting and training programmes. Our working languages are Dutch, English, German and French. Koraal Consulting is a network organization. Micole Smits owns the organisation and realizes its mission together with Jessica Slijkhuis and Ursula Glunk at its core and many other network partners. Together with Zinstance, Koraal Consulting started the Master Too Master (M2M) Network in the Euregion for professional trainers, coaches and consultants.
