This is a really nice place to sit and enjoy a relaxing meal with sea views, a spacious terrace so you don't feel like it's too crowded. Dog friendly (but don't worry if you don't like dogs as they keep a certain amount of the terrace dog free) One of the better paellas we have had in sitges. Friendly staff as well.
Have been couple of times to La Santa Maria restaurant in Sitges and this year it even got better with a whole new friendly team and better food quality.
Every year we like going for dinner here! Food is always good at reasonable price!
Perhaps I looked too much like a tourist, I was sat down quickly but no one came for a long long time (20mins) to ask if I wanted a drink. We ordered 2 different types of paella. The squid ink paella was decent, though I had expected a bit more seafood. There were quite a bit of squid here and there, some clams but they contained sand. One paella is just enough for one person. Although it hardly ever rain in Sitges, when I went, it rained. If you sit outside, the rain will drip through the overhead canapy onto you. 500ml bottle of water here cost 2.50; one small cup of tea is 2.
